Red Dead Redemption 2 November 12th PC update detailed; no stability improvements, crashes still occur

Rockstar has released a brand new update for Red Dead Redemption 2. This patch adds new content to Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online. Unfortunately, though, it does not bring any stability improvements to the game. Therefore, expect to be still experiencing a lot of crashes to desktop.

Not only that, but this latest PC update completely broke the DX12 compatibility on our end. The game is now constantly crashing upon loading a save. The only way we can play RDR2 PC right now is via the Vulkan API. Other users reported the exact opposite so we don’t know what the hell is going on here.

Going into more details, this patch adds new Permanent Clothing items and new Time-Limited Clothing item to the Wheeler, Rawson & Co. Catalogue. It also adds a new Legendary Bounty to Red Dead Online.
