Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon, the spin-off game based on the eponymous magical girl anime series, has gotten a full fan translation into English by TheMajinZenki, Supper, and their team. The game originally released in 1994 for the PC-Engine Super CD-ROM².

The game features an original story, taking place between the Makai Tree and Black Moon arcs of the Sailor Moon R anime. Despite entering a new period of peace after the departure of Ail and An, one night Luna and Artemis new dark energy surging from mysterious dark enemies. The Sailor Scouts have a new mystery to solve, and new enemies to defeat–when they’re not goofing off.

The game mainly plays out as a visual novel, but also contains RPG sections where all five of the Sailor Scouts are playable. The game is also remarkable for containing both voiced scenes and vocal songs, and the fan translation team has also added subtitles that play out during these sections. Each of the five Sailor Scouts have their own plot sections…
