Bandai Namco has announced that its latest fighting DBZ game, Dragon Ball FighterZ, has hit a new sales record. According to the publisher, Arc System Works’ fighting game has sold over five million copies worldwide.

Dragon Ball FighterZ came out in 2018. Thus, it took Bandai Namco two years in order to hit this 5 million goal. Since then, Arc System Works and Bandai Namco have been constantly supporting it. Arc System Works has released a numerous new characters from almost all of the Dragon Ball arcs.
