Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fans are making their own Disney characters

Sora, the final character to join the ranks of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s giant roster, finally joined the fight on Monday. And although references to Disney favorites like Mickey Mouse have been cut from the game (with the exception of the Mickey Mouse trinket on Sora’s Keyblade), fans have stepped in by creating their own versions of Disney characters to accompany the newest fighter.

Sora is from Kingdom Hearts, a series of JRPGs created by Square Enix that send Sora and his friends on a mind-bending adventure with a cast of popular Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck. While Sora made it to Smash, no one else did. So, a few fans came up with a creative workaround to add their chosen heroes themselves….
